Special rates apply to international shipping. Recipients of international orders are responsible for ALL duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. Customs may hold packages, which is out of our hands.

Balcony Press is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the United States.

To guarantee that your holiday order arrives on time, online orders must be placed no later than 12/10/19. For orders placed after 12/10/19 please call Balcony Press directly at 626.460.8339 and we will make every effort to get your item to you. Custom gift wrapping is available upon request.

Balcony Press is happy to accept returns on items that were ordered and shipped directly from Balcony Press. And if items are unopened (when applicable) and/or in new condition a refund for the total cost of the original purchase will be made. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of original purchase date.

Please note that items purchased and fulfilled through Amazon or any other 3rd party location will need to go through those online stores/brick-and-mortar stores return or refund procedures.
